Our flight to Istanbul was cancelled, so we came here by chance after the airline accommodated us. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was generous. Everything was great, and we’ll definitely return. I run my own travel agency, and this is one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d love to bring my travelers here.

I’ve lowered my rating from 5 stars to 1 after a completely unacceptable experience at Ramada’s restaurant on December 26. I’d had a pleasant visit back in May 2025, so while staying at a nearby hotel I decided to try the restaurant again. This time was a disaster. I ordered kibbeh (bulgur balls) and a burger. The bun was extremely dry, and the burger had a strong, unpleasant smell that immediately made me suspicious. I sent it back, but the waiter was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He was playing music loudly on his phone, like he was at home instead of working in a restaurant. He brought the burger back with only the bun changed, no sauce, and the same disgusting smell and taste. One bite genuinely made me feel like throwing up. The food was completely inedible and should never have been served. Between the poor food and the shockingly unprofessional staff behavior, I won’t return and strongly don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. (The pictures below are of the enhanced new burger lol)

The indoor swimming pool was really enjoyable for my family and me, and the gym was perfect for getting a workout in while on vacation. The food and facilities were really good, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. The room was really good, and the staff were very helpful. Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Türkiye.

Mr. Irfan from the spa and Turkish bath department made the stay even more enjoyable with his care and wonderful conversation. I don’t normally trust hotels in Türkiye, but this one gave me a wonderful experience. I recommend the hotel to everyone, and I’ll recommend Mr. Irfan too.
