We stayed in the King Suite on the underground floor. It was spacious and comfortable, more like an apartment than a hotel room, which we really liked. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bidets, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. The building has an elevator. The suite had a full kitchen setup with a kettle, microwave, and full-size fridge, plus two sofas and a large LCD TV in the living room. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout. The one small drawback was poor lighting, especially in the kitchen. The hotel has been newly refurbished. Aksaray is the nearest tram station, and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend staying here and would choose it again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and made me feel welcome. My room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and breakfast was great. The Charm Hotel – Old City is right in the heart of Istanbul, within walking distance of everything, but still peaceful and quiet. Fantastic stay, 5/5, and I'd happily come back.

My room at The Charm Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around the old city while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff made the stay special: they were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. I'll definitely come back next time.

Getting around was easy because the hotel is conveniently close to public transport. The cleanliness stood out too: my room was spotless, well maintained, and refreshed daily, and the shared areas were just as clean and inviting. From arrival, the service was fast and efficient. Check-in was quick, and my requests were dealt with promptly. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and ready to help with a smile, which made me feel welcome. Customer satisfaction clearly matters here.

The whole family, teenagers included, loved our stay at the Charm Hotel Old City. We booked two rooms for five days in Istanbul, and everything went perfectly. The hotel is bright and quiet, set in a lively neighborhood, with very spacious, comfortable rooms and a great location. Breakfast was generous, with good quality sweet and savory options, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. We were surprised to meet a few staff members who spoke perfect French. A big thank you from the whole family for the Turkish delights. We can't wait to come back. Hope to see U again. From France with love.
