The staff were professional and friendly about every request we had, greeting us with smiles all day. When we were cold, they even brought us tea. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and tasty every day. The hotel was tidy and clean, with lovely extras like aromatic towels, water, and other supplies. It’s a perfect place to rest your head, with an excellent location for getting to Istanbul’s sights. Thank you for the hospitality!

From our room on the highest floor we had a beautiful view. It was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast had lots of tasty choices. The people at the hotel were always friendly and nice, and they speak English fluently. I’m really glad I picked this hotel. It was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in 😊

The four days and three nights we spent here were wonderful and memorable. It was our first visit to Istanbul, Turkey, and we felt very fortunate to have picked this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff are polite and friendly, and the price is very reasonable. If we get the chance to return to Istanbul, we’d definitely stay here again! I only had a day in Istanbul after flying in to play my Bánh Bao song in Turkey, so I needed a place that was affordable but decent. White Palace Haliç went well beyond what I expected. The terrace view really stunned me: the Golden Horn, mosques, and the full Istanbul skyline spread out in front of you. I spent way too long up there taking photos on my phone. It’s five minutes from the metro, which makes a huge difference when you’re only in town for a day. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed. At check-in the owner welcomed me personally, offered free drinks, and explained everything. It felt genuinely warm, with none of that scripted hotel front desk vibe. If you’re traveling on a budget but care about photos, content, or simply enjoying a proper Istanbul moment, stay here. The price, people, and terrace view make it an easy recommendation.

The view over the Golden Horn was lovely, and our hosts were kind throughout our stay. They served a good breakfast and arranged an early morning airport ride for 50 euros. We paid in cash, though US dollars were also accepted. We'd recommend staying here.
