The rooms were unclean, there was no room service and no food at the hotel, and the receptionist was rude.

I paid 2800 TL per night, and for the price I’d say it was a good value hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and gave me room 101 on the first floor. I chose the place because it was near my workplace. The room felt gloomy and small because of its color, but the bigger issue was cleanliness: hair and lint were all over, and dust had built up on the baseboards. I should mention that other hotels I’ve stayed in with similar baseboards haven’t cleaned them either.
