Our room for three had plenty of space, which was nice, but it wasn't ready at 2pm as scheduled. We got in closer to 3:15pm. The bathroom ceiling had mold, and toilet paper couldn't be flushed. Breakfast was just okay, and local restaurants offer better food for about the same price. The location is great near Galata tower, but bars and restaurants nearby make it noisy. The hotel listing was misleading, and I'd pay a little extra to stay somewhere else.

The best thing is the location, but all the nearby bars and restaurants make the street very noisy, with music and people carrying on until 2am. Light sleepers should keep that in mind. The pictures are misleading. Our room for three was decent enough, but the bathroom was atrocious: black mold on the ceiling, cracked and dirty tiles around the shower, bugs, and an open garbage can. Toilet paper can't be flushed here. Breakfast was very average, with nothing remarkable, so I'd buy it elsewhere if possible. The afternoon host kept asking why we weren't going out and what we were doing. He may have meant to be polite, but came across as pushy and intrusive. The morning and night shift Hotel Hosts were lovely. Great location, very mediocre hotel. I'd much rather have stayed somewhere else.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the metro and funicular are only a 2-minute walk away. What made our stay especially nice was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite, and unobtrusive. Metin bey at reception was particularly kind, suggested an excellent restaurant, and helped make our vacation unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay and hope we meet again.

We went in early February with my sister and a friendly couple. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was nice and plentiful. The hotel is centrally located in Taksim. Two kind guys at reception gave us all the information we needed, and the lovely, kind woman at breakfast made us wonderful coffees. Sorry, guys, I forgot your names! 🥰🥰🥰 I'll definitely see you again next time I'm in the city.
