The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was close to everything but still quiet and relaxing, and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied. We had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend it for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

After many trips to Istanbul, this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I honestly can’t see how anyone rated it four stars. The hallways were dirty, the rooms smelled like a hospital, and nothing felt clean. Even one star would be generous.

After a year and a half here, it really did feel like home. The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere calm and warm, but it was the welcoming, caring, professional staff and excellent service that made me so grateful for the stay. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and hospitality.

The pictures online gave a completely misleading impression. Our beds and floors were dusty, the towels and duvets were torn, and the staff came across as unprofessional. To make matters worse, the floor was being painted, and we were the only guests staying on it. We had booked three deluxe connecting rooms through Agoda, but were told on arrival that those rooms didn't exist. After waiting two hours, we were given three separate rooms. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had, despite having travelled to dozens of countries. It ruined our trip, and I strongly recommend avoiding the place.
