Divas Hotel

Dilvar made our stay better with her warm welcome and genuine smile. She helped us with everything we needed, always bringing such a positive attitude. We really appreciate all her effort and would happily return.

Dilber abla is the reason I'd love to come back to this hotel. She works in the kitchen and was so caring and helpful throughout our trip, always with a warm heart and a smile. My relatives stayed here before and recommended it because of her hospitality.

We were very happy with our stay, especially the outstanding view and the staff. The reception guys were friendly, and Dilber, who serves breakfast, was cheerful and bubbly, giving the meal a homely feel. The breakfast had a good variety and was very reasonably priced for Istbanbul. We didn't find any bed bugs, despite what other reviews say. The rooms are clean, a little old, but everything worked, including the outlets, aircon, and fridge. They cleaned daily and brought fresh towels every day, perfumed to smell extra fresh. Compared with prices at nearby hotels, the rooms and amenities aren't bad.

The location is the only good part, and there are plenty of better hotels right next door. This place is supposedly rated 3 stars, but it shouldn't be. Mold and hair are everywhere, and the whole place smells of cigarettes. It needs to be scrubbed from top to bottom and should be closed down. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't book it or be tempted by the low price, spend more on somewhere better. I'd give it -5 stars if I could.
