Breakfast was ample each day, and it was easy to walk from this lovely little hotel to Istanbul's main sights. We loved staying here. I was confused about the spa area and felt awkward asking; when I went to look, I couldn't find anyone there. Maybe there was something in the room explaining how to use it, but I wasn't sure. It didn't affect our stay, which was amazing. What a wonderful city.

We had two rooms for our family during an eight-night stay at Endican. The location was very good, central to everything, and the rooms were clean with excellent room service. The staff were responsive and keen to help whenever we needed something, especially Serkan and Ahmet, who went the extra mile. I'd definitely stay there again.

I didn't end up staying here, but they were kind enough to cancel my booking at the last minute without charging me because of personal circumstances. The customer service was really good.

What made the stay for us was the staff. Every employee was friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a warm smile, so we felt right at home. The hotel is right in the heart of Istanbul's commerce and history, a great base for exploring the city. We'll definitely choose it again next time.
