Sila at reception really made the stay special. She was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her recommendations were great, she patiently answered all my questions, and she made check-in and check-out easy and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed, with what I needed to relax. The location was convenient for shops, restaurants, and public transport, so getting around the city was easy. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel. Thanks to Sila for taking such good care of me.

Peyvand, the manager, was kind, attentive, and always ready to answer our questions. Her hospitality made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the fresh, tasty breakfasts before heading out to explore. Meroddi Galata Mansion is ideally placed in the heart of the city. Galata Tower, charming streets, cozy cafés, and lots of beautiful places in Istanbul are all within walking distance, so seeing the city was easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

The service was kind and welcoming, the breakfast was great, and the hotel is well located. Still, I can't recommend it because the rooms are very outdated. My bathroom had black mould all over the walls, apparently from the lack of an exhaust fan and ventilation. The walls were thin as well, so I often heard different noises during my stay.

The reception made my stay especially good. Sila was polite, always smiling, and very professional. She helped with city recommendations, transport, and reservations, and was attentive to what I needed. Her kindness made me feel welcome, and her help made everything more comfortable and stress-free. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay in Istanbul and recommend the hotel, especially for the reception service. A big thank you to Sila!

Our second day brought a lovely surprise at the door, a welcome bag with goodies and a sweet note. I’ve never had that happen at another hotel, and it made me feel really appreciated. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of options. Everyone was so kind from the moment we arrived until we left. The location is great, with the main attractions not too far away. Thank you to the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, breakfast, and management teams for making our time in Istanbul amazing. We won't forget you.
