Mike was brilliant and made everything easier, and the staff in general were lovely and eager to help. The hotel was spotless, and our room was comfortable and very clean. Its location puts you right among the main sights, which made getting around easy. Breakfast was the one letdown. The room is small and crowded at busy times, and the selection felt limited compared with the photos. The front desk team were friendly, though more English or Spanish would have made communication smoother. Still, I had a very good stay and would happily return.

We found the hotel in a lively restaurant street, just steps from Galata Tower and close to Istiklal Street in Taksim, where there's plenty going on even late at night. Our triple room was clean, comfortable, and kept up with daily housekeeping, and breakfast was varied and delicious. We arrived about two hours ahead of check-in. The staff offered us coffee in a pleasant lounge, a thoughtful welcome. They were kind and attentive throughout, especially Mike, who helped make the stay even more enjoyable. We'd gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment behind the main hotel rather than a room in the hotel itself. It had three double bedrooms, a living area, and one bathroom. At about €200 for three nights, it felt like good value. The Galeta district has lots to offer, though it can be quite expensive. Reception welcomed us warmly, and on the second day they even left a gift at our door.

We were 11 guests from Slovenia, and the team made the whole place feel warm and welcoming. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick to help. Guest Relations Manager Mike took particular care of us from the start, checking in each day and making sure the details were handled. Mika went above and beyond to help our group feel comfortable and at home. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get to Istanbul's main attractions, restaurants, and cultural sights. Hotel Meridda exceeded our expectations, and we'd happily return. I recommend it to anyone looking for attentive, professional hospitality.

Breakfast was a real highlight, tasty, well organized, and with plenty of choices. The room was cozy, warm, comfortable, and very clean, which made it easy to relax. I stayed from January 2nd to January 13th and felt welcome as soon as I arrived. The reception team and other staff were especially polite, friendly, and professional. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd love to come back. Highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Thank you.
