The room was spacious and had good furniture and modern lighting, and the location was great. The complimentary breakfast on the first day was nice too. I stayed five nights in the “Superior” room, but the problems outweighed those positives. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower, which was awkward to use because its door only opened inward. Towels weren’t replaced, just folded again even when wet, so we kept coming back to damp ones. There were almost no toiletries, just a couple of tiny bottles that were half full of body lotion. When we asked, we were told there was no shampoo, and there wasn’t even hand wash in the bathroom. The mirror light didn’t work, and an electrical socket was coming out of the wall, which seemed dangerous. The refrigerator also didn’t work. We were told a technician would fix it within two days, but that never happened. They offered to store things in the fridge downstairs, which wasn’t practical. Older Google reviews mention the same refrigerator problem, so it seems to have been ongoing without a real fix.

There’s a lot to explore on foot nearby, including historic sites, and the neighborhood has shops, restaurants, bars, dessert places, and more. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had an espresso machine and TV. The shower had good water pressure. I really enjoyed staying here.

I booked on Agoda for a week. The people were courteous and friendly, and the new room was spacious, with comfortable beds. The toilet was small, though, and there’s no elevator. It’s in a prime area of Beşiktaş. A good place to stay, and I’d recommend it.

We got in at 7 AM, exhausted from the journey, and the staff helped us get a room quickly. While we waited, they even prepared breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. The service, cleanliness, location, and breakfast all exceeded our expectations. We felt very well looked after and would love to come back.

The breakfast selection was impressive, and the street gets lively in the morning. Even on match days, with enthusiastic fans around, the hotel itself felt like a calm place to return to. It’s just steps from Beşiktaş Bazaar and the Bosphorus shore, but the street is peaceful and quiet. It’s a brand-new hotel, so everything felt modern, spotless, and hygienic. Our room was roomy, airy, cozy, and comfortable. My partner and I had an unforgettable stay and are already looking forward to another visit.
