Bosphorus Palace Hotel - Special Class

I came away impressed, and would highly recommend this place for its luxury and excellent hospitality. The staff were wonderful, always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. Special thanks to Nuray, Sadik, Taner, Emre, and Arda Burga for all their support and kindness during my stay.

The garden view was really lovely, even though I didn’t get to book a room overlooking the Bosphorus. I had a great stay at Bosphorus Palace Hotel, and the room itself was beautiful. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend it.

We wanted a wedding that felt elegant but intimate, and our day at the Bosphorus Palace Hotel went beyond what we’d imagined. The venue was breathtaking, the food exquisite, and everything flowed beautifully. We also held our rehearsals there, and those went seamlessly. Ms. Ebru deserves a special mention. She guided us from our first conversation with expertise and kindness, and her impeccable taste helped us trust her with the little details that made such a difference. Her constant smile and dedication kept the day stress-free. We’ll cherish the memory. Thank you to Ebru and the whole staff.

The hotel is beautifully designed, with stunning views and delicious breakfast, but those positives couldn’t undo how stressful arrival was. We’d traveled a long way and, after our flight was canceled, immediately booked another so we could arrive on time and keep our reservation. We reached the hotel late at night, only to find that our reserved garden view room had been replaced with a completely different room with no window. Staff said there had been a booking mistake and that we’d paid a lower rate for the room. The hotel was full, and they offered neither a solution nor compensation. After such a long, difficult trip, the situation made everything worse and felt like a waste of our time, money, and effort.
