We spent four nights here and enjoyed the facilities, especially the roof terrace. Some rooms have nice Bosphorus views. It's a small, clean hotel in a safe, quiet neighborhood, around a ten minute walk from the Blue Mosque and close to Istanbul's historic center. The staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was included.

Kubiyal and his partner made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. I had to find a room at the last minute during an emergency, and they gave me one right away, without questions. Their kindness in a different country meant a lot to me, and they worked hard to meet guests' needs. The breakfast was clean and healthy, and the terrace has a beautiful sea view that you get with the booking. I loved Istanbul even more thanks to the people here. My heartfelt thanks to Kubiyal and his partner, and to all the staff. SULTANAHMET INN felt like home, and I'll stay here with my whole family next time I visit. Much love to everyone.

We expected a balcony from the photos, but didn't get one, and the hotel wasn't quite what we had in mind. The place was fairly clean and service was pretty good, though a few things we requested and were promised never arrived. Breakfast was quite nice.

There's a terrace with a city view, and breakfast had everything I needed. The staff were always available when I had a request. Rooms are clean, though a bit smaller than they look in the pictures. The location is ideal for being in the city center, close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

I booked another hotel as soon as I could. Before reaching the room, the building smelled of cat pee, and there were stains on the bed and sofa. There was no running water. After a long travel day, I went to bed after midnight, but could hear the next room having sex and someone in another room peeing as if they were right beside me. I slept with my clothes on. Even a different room wouldn't have fixed the cat smell or thin walls. I booked through booking.com, and when they requested a refund, the hotel said the room was clean. I didn't get my money back.
