We had a great family stay here, and the apartment setup gave us a kitchen and living room, so there was plenty of space. The T1 tram is within walking distance, though the walk is slightly uphill, and the location is away from the busiest area. We found good places to eat nearby for much lower prices than in the crowded historic spots. Breakfast was good and cleanliness was OK. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and available when we needed information or help with an issue. I highly recommend it for a stay in Istanbul.

Fatih was a great base, with loads of good restaurants nearby and Sultanahmet within walking distance. I ate much better there than I ever did in Taksim. The apartments are a really good size and have what you need, including a washing machine and iron. I'll definitely come back.

Everything we needed was close by, from supermarkets, restaurants and cafes to barbershops. The hotel is near Fendikzade station and Aksaray metro station. It was very clean, the staff were professional, and it worked perfectly for a family. I really recommend it. ✅
