Hotel Imga

The room was in bad shape: dirty, with an unwiped toilet and no hot water in the shower. There was also shouting and fighting in the corridor, and too much noise from outside. On top of that, one staff member tried to overcharge me. When another employee asked what price we’d agreed on, I explained that I hadn’t accepted any price, since my husband and I have stayed here for five years. He was surprised by what the first person had quoted, and the price was then reduced. This used to be a good hotel, but unfortunately it has become very bad.

The street is lively and has a lot going on, though the hotel could use some improvements. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was good.

The front desk staff’s behavior was so poor that it felt like they wanted guests to go somewhere else. They don’t deserve even the one star.

Never again. The place was tiny, seedy, smelly, and dirty, and the staff were rude and argumentative. The air conditioning never worked. They sprayed something, but the smell stayed. Dirty, dirty, dirty.
