Marmara Deluxe

The staff apologized, but that didn’t change what happened. Bed bugs were visible when I jumped out of bed in a panic, and I woke up covered in itchy red bites. I’ve never been bitten by bed bugs before. The room was filthy, the toilet seat had visible poo stains when I arrived, and the bedding looked unchanged. It was a nightmare. This place needs a deep clean and proper pest control, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. The hotel should be shut down.

The location was the only good part. The hotel was extremely dirty and nothing like the photos. Breakfast was very poor, the shelves were dirty, and the bathroom was a disaster. The cleaner seemed to make more mess than she cleaned. I strongly urge everyone not to stay here.

The service was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself didn’t match the website photos, which made it look much nicer than it was, and there was moisture in our fridge. It seems to need renovation to get back to the glamour it appears to have had.

The airport transfer we requested was organized well, and we had an amazing time at Marmara Deluxe. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially the director, who was kind, gave us plenty of advice, helped whenever we needed it, and always asked how our days had gone. Breakfast had lots of options and was very good. The rooms and service were good too, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for the stay and your service!
