Ferhat at reception and the other assistant, Aslan, were both very kind and did their best to help us. They arranged a better room, gave us information, and helped with attraction tickets. We're grateful to them, and hope they keep up the good work. The building is old and poorly maintained. Our rooms weren't clean or comfortable, and breakfast was quite bad because the items weren't refreshed each day. I also have Celiac Disease and couldn't find anything gluten free.

We found it convenient to get around, with bus stops and train stations just a 3-5 minute walk away, though the main attractions are a bit farther. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and had plenty of choices. Staff were friendly, and our room was cleaned regularly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the room was a good size for our family. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it to families looking for comfort and good value.

Be very careful if you book here, especially since there are several hotels in Istanbul with very similar names. If you make a booking mistake, you lose the money, and they show no mercy. Expedia customer support was rude and unhelpful when things went wrong, which happened too often in Turkey 😢

Fuat was friendly and professional, and I had a really enjoyable stay. I spent four nights there and loved the rooftop restaurant. The location is very convenient, and I'm looking forward to staying again. I'd highly recommend it.

The service was good, and we liked having windows. It's right on the main road, so there's a lot of traffic and noise, but it didn't bother us.
