10/10
We were five friends in Istanbul for a bachelor party, and the hotel's hospitality was beyond what we expected. It's not a 5-star place, but the service made it feel like one. Reception were genuinely friendly and happy to answer our questions. Their local tips helped us steer clear of tourist traps and avoid unnecessary spending, especially around nightlife. Their professionalism and care made the trip much more enjoyable. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and ready to help with a smile. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Burhin deserves a special thank you for being so nice and making the experience better with his friendly manner and excellent service. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The trip to Istanbul had its good and bad moments for me and my students, but the hotel and its employees helped us unwind and find some peace in such a lively city. I really appreciate all the help from Ersan, Halil, and the restaurant staff.

The buffet breakfast was a good Turkish spread, and the front desk staff were helpful. Having reception open 24 hours was handy for our very early checkout. The rooms were a decent size, with comfortable beds, slippers, a hairdryer, and a fridge. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping street, convenience stores, and the metro, with lots of taxis nearby. Excellent value for money.

A quiet hotel with helpful staff, a tasty breakfast, and excellent cappuccino. It works well for families and business travelers. Highly recommended.
