Friendly staff and a very nice, clean room. Breakfast was great, and service is available around the clock.

We got a really good price for five nights with breakfast included. From the hotel, the main tourist attractions are about a 15-minute tram ride away. The rooms weren't very large, but they were comfortable and very clean. Breakfast had an excellent range of food, and the staff were polite and provided everything we needed. I highly recommend it to other tourists.

We booked a family deluxe suite for four and stayed two nights. The main drawback was the unreliable Wi-Fi, which kept dropping and made it hard to stay connected. The clean room also felt short on a few basics for four people, such as extra chairs and wall sockets. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant start to the day, with attentive staff and okay food. The hotel is conveniently near a tram stop, within a 30-minute ride of most tourist spots in the Old Town.

I loved staying here with my family for about a week. The hotel felt very safe, and the location was very good. The staff were really friendly, and breakfast was very good with different options each day. Our room was so clean, and it was cleaned daily with the items replenished. There was free tea and coffee in the lobby. Great, great hotel.

Clean rooms and a stable, relaxing place, with great service. The best hotel I've ever stayed at in Istanbul. I recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.
