Really awful stay. The room and bed were filthy, the customer service was terrible, and they kept lying. There was noise and screaming all night, and the electricity went out three times in one day. I had to change my blanket because it was so dirty, and the room smelled smoky. The wall was dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend this, even for a regular worker.

The heating was being stopped, so the room was cold, and the sheets were dirty. The sink and shower drains were blocked, which meant we couldn't shower. The plugs and TV didn't work either. When we asked the staff for help several times, they were rude and didn't help. We left early.

We booked a suite for five nights and left after just one. While we were asleep, two strange men came into our room, which was terrifying. I was also told my credit card couldn't be charged and that I had to pay cash. I paid, then found out the card had been charged too. Booking.com couldn't get me a refund because I didn't have a hotel receipt. It was a nightmare. Please stay away from this hotel.

They've changed hands, and the place seems cleaner now, so I'd give it two stars. I used to enjoy the massage center, though, and they've taken it out. What a loss.

The staff were good, but I'd rate the environment 5 out of 10. Shireen is a lovely woman, and the Russian woman at the Turkish bath, the big girl whose name I can't remember, was always smiling. All in all, not a bad experience. I forgot to take pictures.
