Nil Hotel

The staff were really nice and helpful, the location is fantastic near the amazing Gaziantep pazarı, and breakfast was very good. But the room layout was the tightest and most uncomfortable I've experienced. The bathroom was so narrow that I had to leave the door open to use the sink, then close it to use the toilet. There's no shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere.

The service was great, but the bed sheets and duvet covers were far too dirty. As travelers, all we want is a clean, comfortable bed. I hope the hygiene gets better.

The breakfast came with the price, but it was so disgusting that I regretted eating it the next day. Don't even try the food. I also found bedbugs, so be careful. My whole body is covered in small red dots. The service was unpleasant and treated people like objects. They forced me to cancel my reservation on otelz.com to avoid a fee, which left me unable to write a review there. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

The place is past its best, though it was very clean and in a great location. Reception knew very little English. Breakfast was the usual Turkish buffet, but the chef took care with it, keeping the dishes full, wiping spills, and straightening the serving spoons.
