MRS ESRA at reception was the best part of my stay. Right from the start, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, and she always answered my questions and gave me great tips on what to see in the city. That kind of hospitality is rare, and thanks to her I felt at home. The hotel is also in a convenient spot near the city center, with public transport close by. My room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. I would absolutely choose this hotel again if I return to the city, and it's easy to recommend.

The rooms were bright, hygienic, and came with a balcony. There’s a pool, two water slides, and the hotel’s own stretch of beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Meals were delicious and there was plenty of variety. Mr. Akın from food and beverage was especially polite, always checking if we needed anything. After dinner, two singers put on a great show, both with their voices and stage performances. The location was great too. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone.

Right by the beach, and the hotel is kept up really well with quality furnishings. The staff are incredibly polite and ready to help with whatever you need. There’s entertainment, but they don’t overdo it. Good, tasty food too. Such a sunny bunch of people.

They took us in after the earthquake. It wasn’t free, but we understand they have expenses to cover and the government isn’t helping them. The food was excellent, plentiful, and there was something for everyone. Congratulations to the chefs for all the effort they put in. The rooms could be better quality, and the service has room to improve.

I had a lovely holiday with my daughter, and we rested well. The service was warm, attentive, and helpful, and both our room and the pool were clean. The beach was comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Thank you, and greetings from Krakow!
