Nadia made my stay especially memorable. She was kind, professional, and attentive to the details, and made me feel genuinely valued. She went out of her way to make sure things were right, and that kind of service really stands out. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with a relaxed feel. From arrival onward, the team handled everything warmly and professionally. Everyone I met was friendly and ready to help. I had a wonderful time at Hamit Hotel. I’ll be back and would recommend it to friends and family. Thanks for such a memorable stay!

Small rooms, but they were clean, and housekeeping came every day with fresh towels. The food was very good for the hotel's price, too. Everyone was lovely, especially Nadia, who was always around to help. Really great hotel 😊

The room was old and not properly clean, and smoke from other guests made it smell awful. We could also hear our neighbors through the bathroom. We were disappointed to find that the spa and hammam shown in the Booking.com photos weren’t actually inside the hotel. That information felt fake, and I’d say don’t go, you’d be wasting your money. Breakfast was a struggle for us and for people sitting nearby. The salads seemed to have been bought ready-made, there was no choice of cheese, and the eggs were overcooked, black around the yolk. There was margarine instead of butter, and the morning spread included things like spinach, potatoes, and fries. At 10 sharp, the man clearing tables was disrespectful and used his mop to touch my mum’s feet to tell us to leave, before we’d even finished our coffee. The whole experience was very bad. This hotel deserves just one star.

We’ll definitely come back. The rooms and service were amazing, and the breakfast was the best part, with something different and traditional each time. The whole staff was great, and we mostly talked with Nadia, who made sure we were enjoying ourselves.
