The hotel's location was excellent, five minutes from the Grand Bazaar and ten from Hagia Sofia. Staff were very friendly and arranged airport transport for us at a relatively good price. We stayed four nights with friends and booked two rooms, one on the fifth floor and one on the second. The rooms were nice, though ours wasn't cleaned properly and the water kept shifting between hot and cold. Breakfast wasn't impressive, but it did the job. Taken together, we had a great stay.

What made the stay at Hotel Vera Life memorable was how warm and caring the staff were. They were professional, attentive, quick to respond and ready to help, which made my trip stress-free. The hotel was spotless, comfortable and well maintained throughout. It's a five-minute walk from the tram station and conveniently close to many of Istanbul's main attractions, so sightseeing was easy and took less time. I highly recommend Hotel Vera Life. I felt welcome, relaxed and well cared for.

The hotel is right across from the Grand Bazaar and close to the main sights. Reception staff speak English, which is quite rare in Istanbul. Rooms matched the presentation photos, were cleaned daily, and the hotel was clean; breakfast was fresh. Check-out is at 12:00, but they stored our luggage safely until 18:00 without any trouble. I was surprisingly pleased and would choose the same hotel next time I'm in Istanbul.

Staff were on duty around the clock and helped with everything, from our arrival through to departure. They welcomed us with smiles, advice and attention to our needs. The hotel was neat and clean, with elevators, and in an excellent location. Highly recommended for tourists.

The breakfast was filling and delicious, and there are lifts, so you don't have to climb stairs. Management and staff provided flawless service and were very welcoming. We felt safe, and the local people were friendly and genuine. The location was perfect for our friends and family group, with restaurants nearby, the tram under a five-minute walk away and the Grand Bazaar just across the road. Many attractions are within walking distance. They also stored our luggage free while we visited Cappadocia for a few days. One problem: taxi directions send you to a side road farther away because Google Maps shows the wrong entrance. We had to drag our bags to the correct entrance after the taxi dropped us at the corner. Could management please fix this? We recommended the hotel to my brother's family for April, and he's worried they'll face the same issue. It's their first trip overseas, and we want it to go smoothly and be convenient and hassle-free. Thanks for an excellent stay.
