The rooms were excellent, and the staff were polite. Good services, a good location, and it felt safe. Very good.

The family room was spacious and clean, the rooms looked new, and the air conditioning worked well. The price was unbelievable. Even at 1am, the staff were kind and helpful. My only gripe was breakfast: it could use more vegetarian choices and at least a few more kinds of fruit.

We went last July or sometime around then, me, my mum, dad, and little brother. Everyone there was so, so nice, and we got sweets at the tills every day 🤣. I loved hearing the aazans at night, it was really relaxing 💗. The rooms do need air conditioning, though.

The location worked well for us, with a Metrobüs station nearby for getting into İstanbul. Prices were reasonable, and I would stay again. The front desk staff all spoke good English, and customer service was excellent. Our room had a little refrigerator, a small desk, instant coffee (Nescafe), tea, and WiFi, though the connection was spotty at times. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was a good Turkish spread. Downstairs, there's a clean lobby with a TV and some Turkish-language newspapers, plus a café serving tea, coffee, and soft drinks.
