Otelox Sinap Bungalow

I liked how quiet the village was, and the local shopkeepers were friendly. The staff member and Bayram abi were especially kind and ready to help in any situation. The place is nice for a short, peaceful walking break if you enjoy fresh air. But the air conditioning isn't enough, and the bathroom water and jacuzzi don't heat up at all, so I wouldn't recommend it for winter, for anyone who gets cold easily, or for families with children. I'd go back for Bayram abi.

We stayed for three days and everything was lovely. The host and staff were friendly and kept things clean. There were six cats in the garden, so please bring some cat food if you're visiting. Have a great holiday!

We spent a freezing night in the villa with a baby and a child, then left without ever checking into the glamping unit. We had paid Otelox in advance for a two-day package with breakfast, one night in Mersin Villa code 123 and one in Glamping code 3333. The villa had no heating. There were a couple of electric heaters on the ceiling, but moving extra heaters from room to room would have been risky in a wooden building, and they didn't warm the place anyway. The site had advertised a heated pool, which appealed to us, but on arrival we were told it could never be provided because the village electricity grid couldn't support it. In the morning we expected breakfast. We called the manager, who said it was at 10, but it still hadn't been served after 10. When we called again, Mr. Fırat said a note had been added that breakfast wasn't included and would cost extra. It's unbelievable. Then the electricity went out. We were shivering, the children had already become sick from the cold overnight, and we couldn't even heat water for the baby's formula. We said we wanted to leave and asked for a refund for the glamping night we hadn't used. They refused, so we left. This isn't somewhere you can stay, and the establishment was terrible in every way. Neither anyone we could reach nor Otelox could resolve our complaint. We'll pursue our rights in court with evidence.

It's a lovely place for summer, especially if you want to swim in the pool. I'm thinking of going back then.
