The only thing we liked was the view. This was a very bad stay, even though it's clear that whoever built the hotel did their best. The place is dirty and smelly, the food is poor, the staff are careless, and the price is high. The fridge didn't work, the WiFi was down, and the elevator could stop at any time. The pool is small, and the 50-meter beach is shared with the next hotel, so there usually isn't a spot available. Insects in the room seem to be normal here. Nobody at the hotel speaks other languages, and I was fortunate to know a little Turkish. We reported the fridge and were simply told that it was weak. On arrival, we found somebody else's underwear in our room. When we mentioned it, they just wondered whether it was true. We booked all-inclusive, but the food was poor and limited in quantity, and the dishes, spoons, and knives were dirty. Staff didn't clear the tables during breakfast, lunch, or dinner until the meal time was over. So if you arrived an hour after a meal started, you'd find an empty buffet and tables covered in dirty dishes. The coffee machine in the restaurant didn't work, so you had to go to another bar for coffee. Even on all-inclusive, we had to pay for drinking water. Please check the photos before booking, especially the Turkish tea maker. I booked a family room with two bedrooms, but one bedroom door was locked for some reason and our clothes were inside. We called reception, but they refused to bring the keys. The man at the desk told me to come get them while my kids were stuck in there. The bathrooms were a disaster. In Turkey, we usually pay 30% of this price for this kind of service. There's nothing around the location either.
