There's an underpass and just one road between the apartment and the sea, and the sea itself is clean with fine sand, good for children to play in. The location is excellent, with major markets and restaurants nearby. There's a bakery right behind the apartment that makes all kinds of cooking. The apartment is very nice and clean, and there's parking. The owners run the family hotel themselves, and if a problem comes up, they can come right away.

The one thing this place has going for it is how close it is to the sea. Everything else was a mess. The laundry line broke when we tried to hang clothes, and the elevator kept failing. We have children, and in five days we managed to use it just twice. It was busier than an ant nest.

This review also applies to Tunç Apart. We booked Tunç Apart but were put in Rose Apart, which is listed as Servet. There seemed to be several owners, and when people left, everyone asked for their keys as if they didn't know who the others were. Parking was a serious headache. I had parked properly, but a man in his 60s on a motorcycle hit my rearview mirror. When I called him out, he shouted, “I didn't hit it, I hit the red car next to me!” It was strange how easily he lied. The apartment's one good feature was the balcony. It was spacious, but not very clean, and there was no clear manager. For two people, we paid 500 TL for a 1+1 from July 26-31, 2021, which felt far too expensive. It was probably worth 300 TL at most. Since it was after the holiday, guesthouses seemed to be taking advantage. The price had dropped to 400 TL on July 27, though we didn't see that discount 😪. I also didn't like being asked for the remaining payment as soon as we got out of the elevator, before we'd had a chance to rest. They could at least have let us unpack and said we could transfer it later that day.

The view is the best around, and Servet Apart is the cleanest, newest, and most decent place to stay in the area. The people there are caring and respectful. I'd pay 1500-2000, depending on the season, for a decent place like this instead of 1000-1250. Definitely recommend it.

We only stayed the night, paying 100 lira on June 6, 2020, and the price seemed reasonable. It's a small apart-hotel by the road. The staff were kind and helpful, though the rooms were just average, with no shower cabin or hairdryer and so on.
