Breakfast with that ocean view was a lovely start to every day, and the women preparing it were wonderful. The room worked really well for the three of us, with loads of space, a comfortable feel, and a bathroom stocked with great supplies. We found it easy to get around since the train station for Marmaray and other trains was nearby. Attractions, places to eat, and shops were all close, too. Coming back late after a day out never made us feel unsafe. The staff were great to chat with and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. We couldn't have picked a better place, and I'd happily stay again. Thanks for making our time in Türkiye worthwhile.

The rooms were attractive and roomy, though they did feel a little dated, and the breakfast was tasty enough. We spent four days here and found the service good. The staff spoke English well, which isn't common in Istanbul. Getting around was the drawback. Some major sights are walkable, but other trips meant crossing a rather dirty market or tackling a steep hill, which got tiring. It was a good stay overall, though I'd pick somewhere like Taksim if I expected to rely on public transport a lot.

The birthday surprise really made the stay. My girlfriend asked reception to arrange a cake and balloons, and when I came back after breakfast the room was all decorated for my birthday. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make the visit great. We'd already been travelling around Turkey before settling in here in Istanbul. The room was clean and modern, with a great balcony, and the hotel was good value. It's near the bazaar, restaurants, and public transport, which is usually quicker than a taxi or car for getting around much of Istanbul. I'd definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and I really looked forward to eating with the sea in view each morning. The walk uphill to the metro was the one small inconvenience, but it didn't bother me much. I stayed in a superior single room. It was on the small side, but spotless, and it was cleaned every day. I didn't meet the housekeeper, though the rest of the team were consistently kind and helpful. When I asked for a replacement for the grilled lamp and for WC cleaning, they dealt with both quickly. Thanks for a lovely stay. I hope to visit again soon.
