Seymen Hotel

I've stayed in plenty of hotels and guesthouses, and this was worse than any of them. There was no hygiene at all. The beds smelled awful and were dirty and moldy, and they were even folded in half. The bathrooms were also dirty, moldy, and neglected. They said the room had been cleaned, but it all smelled like dirty rags, and the mirrors were filthy. On the first day, there were so few guests that they didn't even have eggs for breakfast. If another hotel had had an available room during those dates, I'd have moved straight away. I barely got through the three days.

We were happy with the service. The place felt caring, safe, and clean, and people can choose it with confidence. Thanks to the hotel owner for being so attentive 🙏

The staff were attentive during my stay, but good staff alone can't make a hotel work. The food was mediocre and had little variety, and the room hygiene was nowhere near what guests deserve. With the cleanliness problems so obvious, does management really not care? Is ordinary food served as a buffet supposed to count as quality? It worries me that the managers responsible seem indifferent while the staff work hard. Do you care about guest satisfaction, or is it enough to keep occupancy up? I also don't understand why a dissatisfied guest is charged extra to leave.

We booked two nights at Seymen Hotel, but after one night we wanted to leave because the room was old and unclean, and the food was tasteless and bad. The way they treated us was unpleasant, and they insisted on charging for both nights. We negotiated the amount but still paid more than the cost of one night. They didn't even ask why we were leaving. I was very unhappy with the stay and wouldn't recommend it.
