The location is beautiful, but the management is incredibly bad. We come to Mersin at least twice each summer, my wife, kids, and me, and we managed a three-day Bayram holiday this time. I'm 48, and I've never seen a place in such a lovely spot managed so poorly. I regret paying for three days here. Breakfast and dinner were both terrible, though thankfully the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to the gentleman from Diyarbakır, the personnel manager whose name I forgot, and to Caner, Enes, and the other young staff, who were all polite. I ordered a cola at dinner and waited 10 minutes. When I asked about the delay, I was told he'd run to the market. Apparently the hotel had no soft drinks 😂.

We felt comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Its seaside location is fantastic, and both the beach and restaurant service were excellent. See you again!

Ulaş Bey and Can Bey made us feel right at home and took such good care of us. The sea-view rooms, beach, and live music were all fantastic. If you’re after raki, fish, and a summer view at the fish restaurant, this is a lovely place to come. We really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you!
