Sultanoglu Hotel & Spa

The hotel is new and clean, but we checked out yesterday hungry. The food kept running out, and we had to wait for more. It was ready-made too, with meatballs already prepared, and schnitzel as the only dessert, which we didn't even get to try. We couldn't eat there last night, so we went out, then went upstairs and found the food was gone. After waiting half an hour, we finally got in line. They served a family of six and there was nothing left for us. The kids went hungry. I've never seen a hotel run down like this, not even in three-star places. There's no pool, so you have to accept that and pay for beach sunbeds and umbrellas. You pay 20 TL and they give you half. When you bring a receipt on your way out, they mockingly say there's no money and offer 25 cents if you want. We don't care about 10 TL, but the attitude was unpleasant. If we'd been satisfied, we'd have left as guests anyway.

I was really pleased with the hotel's luxury and the care and attention we received. It may be the most luxurious hotel in Kızkalesi. I always recommend it.

Dead ants were all over the place, the air conditioning didn't work, and switching on the light made a horrible noise. The worst hotel of my life, horribly awful. I strongly advise against staying there. (French comment)

The food at Kızkalesi Sultanoğlu Hotel & Spa is fantastic, and the service is quality. Highly recommend it...
