Pazarcik Mountain Hotel

We were charged $52 for a mistaken reservation to extend our stay. I cancelled it right away through Agoda, but the app showed the hotel owner had declined the request. He said Agoda had to call him personally before he could approve it, and promised to refund the full amount if we submitted the cancellation through the app. We sent four requests, and he declined each one while repeating the same excuse, as the app showed. When we later called and asked him to transfer the money to our Turkish bank account, he said $35 would be deducted for tax and bank fees. We told him to keep it because it seemed clear he wasn't going to return the money. I would not recommend this hotel. We felt lied to and scammed.

The rooms were spacious, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. The manager was really supportive too. We had a great two-night family stay in a beautiful place, and it worked perfectly for a weekend away.

Breakfast came with our booking, and there was a satisfying variety, with the option to ask for extra items. We also enjoyed the lunch and dinner. Parking was available, and there are a few restaurants both before and after the hotel along the way. The road is paved, though you need to drive with some care. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the hotel sits among the mountains, away from city noise. It felt peaceful, a good fit for families and people who enjoy nature. The receptionist, Mr Husni, spoke English and good Arabic and was friendly, very helpful, and ready to assist. I had an exceptional experience here.

Set among the mountains, this three-star hotel was a welcome break from the city bustle. The food in the restaurant was really good, and the reception staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and had a great balcony view. A quiet, relaxing place for a vacation.
