The breakfast was a highlight, really tasty, nicely presented, and with lots of choice. The breakfast staff were friendly and professional too. The hotel had a lovely scent throughout, and the staff were welcoming. My room was cozy, quiet, and a comfortable size. The hairdryer didn’t work at first, but they replaced it quickly. The key cards got stuck, and those were replaced right away too. It’s conveniently located near a transport stop. I had a very pleasant, memorable stay on the European side of Istanbul.

We booked late at night at the last minute and checked in without any trouble. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The shower head could use some maintenance, but otherwise everything was great.

I was there on my own for a week, and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The whole team deserves thanks, especially housekeeping and the front desk. They were so friendly and helpful, and never seemed impatient or annoyed. Whenever I asked for something, they’d smile and say, “Of course, right away.” I’m sure I’ll stay at your hotel again on my next trip to Istanbul. Many thanks to everyone.

The Turkish breakfast was a standard buffet, and I enjoyed it nearly every day. I stayed for a week and a half as a solo traveler and felt safe. The place was clean, and all the staff were friendly. For three-star accommodation, the stay was better than I expected. The laundry fee was reasonable. My only “complaint” is that they offered to prepare breakfast before my early excursion but didn’t. I hadn’t expected them to do it, though, so I’m not upset.

Abdullah was so nice and friendly from the moment we arrived. He makes the best breakfast, and one day he even went out of his way to make us a late breakfast at 12 pm.
