Getting around was very easy, with the ferry, metro, and several bus lines nearby. We were also surprised how close the hotel was to Galata Tower, Galataport, Dolmabahçe Palace, Ortaköy, and many other attractions. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and well maintained, with an elegant design that showed care in the details. Service was outstanding, beyond what we expected. The staff were polite, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the gentleman at reception, whose name we unfortunately didn't catch, for kindly using his own phone to help us order food. That generous gesture made our stay more comfortable. We had a truly wonderful experience at Sabiha Hotel and would happily return. It combines comfort, great service, and a great location, and we'd recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We'd definitely stay here again. Our family room was spacious, clean, quiet, and laid out well, with a queen bed, a single, and a sofa bed where my son slept comfortably all night. The beds were soft, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was large and comfortable with good water pressure. Wi-Fi was strong, and there was a Smart TV. We all slept deeply in the peaceful area. The lobby is roomy and cozy, with complimentary tea and coffee for relaxing or waiting for a taxi. Breakfast was a fresh, satisfying Turkish-style spread, and bottled water was provided daily. There’s an elevator to all floors, and the staff are always ready to help. Their kindness stood out from the start. One even lent us a personal Istanbulkart, which we could top up by credit card at the port. The location is right across from Galataport, with shops and dining by the sea, and just a short walk to the tram and port. Getting an Uber or taxi is easy, there's a grocery store across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed as a family of four, and this was one of our best choices in Istanbul. Having stayed in Sultanahmet before, with all its crowds and noise, I found Karakoy/Besiktas a much better option for visitors who value peace and comfort. It's still close to the Old City, even if you're more interested in history than shopping, without being caught up in the tourist rush.

We had a spacious, clean, comfortable room on the 5th floor, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were extremely welcoming and helped me with everything I needed. It's a great location and a good place to stay in the area. Friendly receptionist and comfortable rooms, definitely recommend it. Worth staying here 100% ;)

I stayed six nights and loved how calm and secure the hotel was. Everything was clean, there was no noise or disturbance, and the place looked new and fresh. The photos matched what I saw, which is rare among Istanbul hotels and Airbnbs. It's a few minutes on foot from the tram station, Galataport, and Karaköy's main streets. I've visited Istanbul alone 36 times and tried countless hotels and Airbnbs, and this quickly became my favorite. I hope they keep this great quality-to-price ratio. One small drawback: the Wi-Fi occasionally lost signal, though it wasn't a big issue. A heads-up for anyone booking: it's listed under two names on Booking.com, with the room tag showing which listing you chose. One listing puts the location slightly too far up the road on Google Maps, where there's actually nothing. It confused me and other guests I met wandering around lost, so I helped guide them. Easily a 5-star experience, highly recommended!

It's about a 10-minute walk to Taksim, and the T1 gets you around Istanbul. The staff, rooms, and everything else were just as they should be. This hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely come back. It's my new home in Istanbul. Thanks for everything.
