The location is excellent, with buses, metro, Marmaray, and boats to the European side all within walking distance, plus cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets like Migros, Şok and BonVeno. Staff were friendly and helpful 24/7, and handled every request quickly. The video surveillance also made the hotel feel safe. We stayed in several rooms. They had nearly everything for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, stove, sofa, TV, and a big bed, but the photos didn’t match reality. The rooms were worn and needed cosmetic repairs. In the first one, cabinets, window handles, and bathroom faucets were broken, and the wardrobe smelled terrible. The second was better, though the furniture was still old, the walls needed repainting, and parts of the curtains and sofa were burned. The kitchen had only a few plates and cups, but that wasn’t a big issue. Soundproofing was very poor, almost nonexistent. On upper floors the elevator made a sharp clicking sound that we could hear loudly when it was called or moved. We could hear neighbors talking, doing laundry, and cooking, and cooking smells came through clearly. In the mornings, there were seagulls and cats fighting outside. I’d recommend it for a short stay if you’re willing to trade some comfort for a great location.

Great value for the price, and public transport is just a stone’s throw away. The aparthotel was very clean and family-friendly, with helpful staff who handled requests quickly. All amenities were provided, and a mushaf was available downstairs. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Mustafa and his team are wonderful, quick to help whenever we needed something. We enjoyed the clean suite and all its amenities. The location is great, with access to the sea, bazaar, and metro. We’ll stay again in the future :) Teshekorlar

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, first in 2023 and then for 6 nights in March 2025, in the 2 bedroom suite on the top floor. Having an elevator is a big plus and was essential this trip with our elderly mothers. There are only approx 10 steps to climb after getting out of the elevator to reach the suite. The apartment has what you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, washing powder, and a fold up clothes airer. Being able to cook saves $; we only used the kitchen for coffee and tea since we ate out for breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of hot water for 4 adults, and the apartment was heated nicely. Staff were great and helpful. Some maintenance is needed, but it honestly didn’t affect the apartment’s liveability. The location is fantastic, with the ferry, metro, and buses just a few minutes away, along with restaurants, cafes, a butcher, bakery, hamam, and grocery stores. For seafood, visit Balikçi Lokantasi around the corner. The dishes are amazing for a fraction of what you’d pay on the European side or under Galata Bridge. Food and drinks cost at least half as much as at the tourist traps around Sultanahmet/Taksim, so have a good breakfast here before heading out to explore. We’ll definitely stay a third time when we return in 2027.
