Mrs. Reem made the biggest difference to my two-week stay at Akos Hotel. From the moment I arrived, she was patient, genuinely kind, and ready to help with anything, big or small. She treated me like a sister, and I saw her show the same warmth to other guests, too. She was professional, but it was her generous heart and constant care that stood out. Mr. Levent also deserves thanks for his kindness and the smile he always seemed to have. I wish them both the best and hope they keep bringing such warmth and professionalism to their work. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, and their care made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The receptionist was especially kind and professional, and the service overall was excellent. I really liked how clean the hotel was and how warmly I was welcomed. I’d happily recommend staying here.

The room was small and very basic, and the whole stay felt uncomfortable. Staff were rude to guests, and they don’t speak English.

I couldn’t sleep there and ended up leaving. There were lots of bugs, and the toilet smelled bad. Disgusting place, I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.

The owner and staff were very helpful. It’s a decent budget option in the city center, around 300 meters from both Yenikapı Metro and Aksaray tramway station.
