Clean Bungalov Tatil Köyü

We spent four days here with our children and came away feeling rested, with lovely memories. The staff made us feel at home, always ready to help and especially warm with the kids. We really appreciated their smiles and genuine care. Being surrounded by nature was a lovely break from the city, and so many little details had been considered. A big hug to the whole Clean Bungalow Hotel team for creating such a welcoming place. We hope to come back soon.

The breakfast was good and the room was cleaned fine, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. We asked for coffee after breakfast and it never arrived; when we asked for soda, it was brought unopened, so we couldn't drink it. Both the private pool in our room and the shared pool were full of flies, which meant we couldn't use them. We also rented two ATVs for a tour, but one broke down on the way. They said they'd refund us, but the money never came back. The receptionist showed no interest in helping and came across as focused on business rather than guests. For what it costs, it isn't worth it. Her arrogant attitude alone would put me off coming back.

We stayed with the children on April 30th, and I felt comfortable bringing them here. The bungalows were clean, and the setting in nature is lovely. What stood out most was the energetic, friendly team; it's rare to see people so dedicated and cheerful at work. Clean Bungalow's restaurant was excellent, and breakfast was generous too. The place is also very close to the Zeyve market. Thanks for the service.

Our special day was ruined, and the service wasn't remotely worth the price. The event team seemed to take the money and disappear; even after we raised the issues again and again, nothing was properly sorted out. There were problems throughout, with stress in front of our guests and no decent communication. From beginning to end, it felt disorganized, indifferent, and amateur. No professionalism and no satisfaction. I definitely wouldn't recommend risking an important day here.
