The buffet is tasty, the staff are helpful and polite, and it costs less than other holiday hotels. The place stays lively, with day visitors even in winter and plenty going on in summer. There may be small shortcomings, but I don't agree with the complaints from people who don't know how to holiday. Still, the aqua park needs to be bigger for summer, and the hotel should bring back a private beach, either at Erzin or Dörtyol. It used to have one, and we'd like it back soon. Also, stop bothering people with promotional pitches and put that effort into quality and service. Give employees a raise and keep up the standards. Happy guests are the best promotion, and word will spread on its own.

My call to Issos Thermal Hotel to book a room was a real letdown. The person who answered was rude and disrespectful, and ended the call before I could finish asking my question. Since the phone is often a guest's first contact with a hotel, this left me wondering what the accommodation service is like. I hope management takes this seriously.

We tried calling to book and got a bizarre response instead of answers. The person said something like, "If you listen, I'll explain," then hung up before we could ask anything else. On our second call, they used the same tone and wouldn't tell us their name when we asked. A hotel shouldn't have someone like that handling reservations, and they may have lost a customer. Update: We found out the person's name is Mert, and we're filing a complaint against him now.

The indoor pool and the activities for the children were a highlight. A group was always around to play games with them, and my wife and I had a lovely holiday with our two kids. The staff were attentive and cheerful, and everyone took good care of us. I have a platinum implant in my leg, and the water felt so soothing that I no longer feel pain from it. I also had calcification in my neck, but now I can move it comfortably. We completed the 21-course health activity as a family, and my wife and I are very happy. The hotel was excellent, five stars from me.
