Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu

What made our Iftar evening especially good was the service. Nuh was attentive, professional, and made sure we had what we needed right when it was time to break our fast. That's rare during the Iftar rush. The food was delicious and arrived on time too. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend it.

I'm still staying here, and so far it's been a lovely experience, with a stunning view that makes it even more enjoyable. The staff have all been professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone, from the housekeeping team keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable to the kitchen, restaurant, and food service staff, has been kind, respectful, and welcoming. They've made me feel comfortable and valued, and the whole hotel has a warm atmosphere. I'd recommend it for the service, beautiful views, and pleasant stay.

The restaurant team were the highlight, genuinely excellent every day: friendly, attentive, and professional. They made a 12-night stay feel easy and personal rather than transactional. The rooms stayed clean, the hotel was well maintained, and service was reliable throughout. Comfortable, dependable, and well run. Novotel is a good choice if you're staying more than a few nights and want the good kind of predictability.

We chose the hotel restaurant one evening when we weren't sure where to eat, and the food was wonderful. Efes spoke with us in English and gave excellent service. Something we'd ordered wasn't available, so he kindly brought another item out complementary. The chicken burger is a good change from Turkish cuisine, with real chicken on a brioche bun, and the shrimp pasta was very good but rich. After almost 2 weeks in Turkey, we were happy with both choices and love the local cuisine too. We stayed here while my partner had a procedure at a local clinic. Our standard room was compact but had what we needed, including a comfortable enough Queen size bed. I liked that the toilet was in a separate space from the shower. They had water stocked and fresh fruit and nuts waiting in the room. The included breakfast had lots of options and convenient hours, 6-10am.
