It's centrally located, which is handy, and the breakfast was fine. But the hotel is a bit old, with carpet everywhere, and please wash the vegetables properly before putting them on the buffet. Don't book here if cigarette smoke bothers you. People are allowed to smoke in the rooms and halls, and the smell gets into the rooms, carpets, pillows, and blankets. It's literally everywhere.

The prices were very reasonable, and my bed was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is right in the town center, with nice interiors, especially the fantastic breakfast room decor. Breakfast was perfect. The front desk and security staff were excellent and very helpful, and they gave me a complimentary pass for the parking garage.

One of the worst hotels I've visited. None of the staff spoke a language other than Turkish. There wasn't much choice at breakfast, and pretty much everything seemed out of date. After eating, we became very sick, with stomach and head pain, and we threw up. 🤢🤮🤬

The food made me sick, and whenever I asked staff for help, they looked at me like they wanted to kill me. Maybe that’s what they were trying to do when I got ill after eating. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. DO NOT RECOMMEND! #dirty

The hotel and its furniture feel old, and the rooms are small. Breakfast was acceptable, though. Its best point is the location, right next to avam mall.
