The rooms had a classic look, but they were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was quite good. The hotel was much better inside than its exterior suggested. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. At first we had some trouble communicating in English, then Eren Bey arrived and made a big difference. He gave us detailed explanations about Erzurum and the hotel, and helped with every detail. We're especially grateful to him. We were pleased with the hotel and had a pleasant stay.

Street parking was easy to find, luckily, and the building has an elevator. Our room didn't have a working plug, but the staff helped. It was okay overall, though the staff weren't very proficient in English.

Breakfast is a decent open buffet, with enough to eat in the morning, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and good, with their own bathroom. It's a reasonably priced hotel, about a 20-minute walk from the city centre and five minutes from the well-known street with cag kebap restaurants. There are two mosques nearby. You can't park at the hotel, only in front of it, and there isn't a fridge in the room. You have to leave your things in the large fridge in the breakfast room.

The room was clean, and breakfast was good. The internet had issues sometimes, but it was okay. I think this is the cheapest hotel in the area.
