Palan Hotel

The meals were a highlight, with delicious food and plenty of choice for different tastes. After full days skiing, it was a great way to unwind and refuel. The ski-in, ski-out setup made getting onto the slopes easy, and we loved the well-maintained runs and breathtaking Palandöken views. Our group stayed at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel in February 2025, and from arrival the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Ceren and her front desk colleagues, along with Mr. Mehmet, welcomed us warmly and handled everything professionally. Their attentiveness made the trip more enjoyable, and we appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. It was a top-tier ski vacation for comfort, convenience, and service. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The hotel may not be the newest, but it was certainly the cleanest. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. Mrs Başak gave us the best hospitality and service, and the food was always delicious with excellent service as well. Skiing was fun thanks to the beautiful nature and the ski-rental staff. Special thanks to Mr. Ali Osman for helping us.

From the room, the views were amazing, and it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a really good, wide selection. Palandoken Ski resort is within walking distance, and at the end of the day I could ride my snowboard straight back down to the hotel, which was so convenient. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This is an older, friendly, typical mountain hotel for skiing. I wouldn’t call it a resort. Its best feature is the location, right in the middle of the Palandöken ski track, so you can get on and off within minutes. That’s especially handy for families with kids who need breaks for lunch, tea, or dinner during the day. The tracks are open 9-20:00, and it’s great to have your room close by. There’s a ski room with equipment at reasonable prices, 100TL per day for skis and boots in Feb 2021. A cafe is easy to reach directly from the track, and the hotel’s own ski teachers speak Turkish, Russian, English, and other languages. Food is plentiful and good all day, with lots of salads, meat, and more. The hotel could merit five stars, but I’m giving four because we were put in a smoking room with no view on arrival, without anyone asking us. The next morning, after we requested it, our rooms were changed to non-smoking rooms with a great view of the ski track, with no trouble. It left us feeling they were filling the less attractive rooms first, which was disappointing. Ask for a non-smoking room with a track view.
