The owners are kind and helpful, and the heating was more than adequate. The internet was reliable and fast. I also liked the location, close to the center, public transport, markets, and restaurants, with a 10 minute walk to the historical center. There were a few room issues, like missing towel hangers and a clogged shower drain. Noise from other visitors walking around or just talking was disturbing. Breakfast was average, and sometimes food ran out in the first 30 minutes. More variety would have helped. It’s good value if you’re on a budget. If they fix some of those minor issues, they deserve full stars.

The price felt fair, and the rooms were cozy and really clean. Staff were very helpful, and the location was good too. I’d definitely recommend it for either a short or long stay.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and there’s monitored parking available no matter what time you arrive. The location is perfect, right amid everything worth seeing. Breakfast could use more variety.

We found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. It’s perfectly located for exploring Erzurum. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to others!

The location is right in the center, and the owner is a very friendly guy. He said, «If you what something special, for the breakfast or whatever - just tell me», which is Turkish hospitality. The rooms have good renovation, simple in a good way, just as they should be. 5000 lira for two rooms was pretty acceptable. Thank you very much for your hospitality and comfort!
