My room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on it, and the reception staff were fine. The hotel is only a 4-5 minute walk from the Marmaray station, with a train ride of around 20 minutes to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. I stayed one night after my flight was cancelled. It’s a little expensive, but a very good option if you need somewhere near SAW Airport.

Tutku checked us in, explained how everything worked, and kindly upgraded our room. She was professional and attentive to all our requests. Our housekeeper, Ms Nasli, was very tidy and did a perfect job keeping the room clean. My husband and I stayed for over a week and really liked the hotel. It’s new and clean, with a comfortable bed and furniture. The bathroom design was nice, and the metal handles were very useful for me because I have a mobility difficulty. It’s also very close to Sabiha Airport.

The main drawback is how far the hotel is from Istanbul’s main tourist attractions. Getting to the metro is excellent, though. The rooms are new, very clean, and well organized, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The food and breakfast are good.

Since we were flying in and out of Sabiha Gökçen, I knew it would take an hour by subway from the city center, and chose the hotel with that in mind. It was about 15 minutes from the airport station, with three supermarkets along the way, so getting there felt convenient. The hotel is very new and well equipped, with comfortable rooms and lobby, and very kind staff. It’s clearly cheaper than similar hotels in the city center, and the difference in quality compared with others in the same price range is obvious. For me, value for money matters more than distance from the city, so I’ll definitely choose it again next time.
