Kobra, the Guest Relations Manager, made a real difference during my stay. Her professionalism and genuine care went above and beyond, and she helped make everything smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was well maintained, my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently courteous and attentive. I had a great experience at Crowne Plaza Ortaköy and would highly recommend it for its comfort, service, and hospitality. I'd consider staying again.

Even though our one-night transfer meant a very short visit, the team at Crowne Plaza Istanbul made sure we could still eat at the amazing rooftopbar despite arriving late. They quickly helped us with everything and showed us around. The room was very comfortable, with thoughtful night lamps for safety. Before we left in the morning, the staff arranged coffee even though neither the coffee bar nor breakfast was open yet. Thanks to Dogukan and Semih at reception for their kindness and extra care. Excellent service, and highly recommended.

The Turkish bath and sauna were a highlight, beautifully maintained and so relaxing. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh, high quality food, and the restaurant was just as impressive, with delicious, nicely presented meals and amazing views. Crowne Plaza Istanbul in Ortaköy, right by the Bosphorus, is in a perfect spot for walks, relaxing by the water, and taking in Istanbul. The views are stunning, and the modern hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Enes and Semih at reception, and Guest Manager Kubra, who went above and beyond and made things feel personal. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely be back.

The laundry charge was almost $300, and they wouldn't return my clothes until I paid, even though they knew I had nothing else to wear. I tried several times with 4 different cards using Tap to Pay and their payment link, but the system kept failing. The problem was clearly on their end, yet they treated me unfairly and held onto my belongings until I was made to pay at checkout. Room cleaning was terrible too. They barely cleaned, and usually just made the bed with the same sheets instead of changing them. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable. The laundry cost was unreasonable, and the lack of empathy, professionalism, cleanliness, and basic human understanding was shocking. I wouldn't stay here again and can't recommend this hotel.
