Crowne Plaza Istanbul Tuzla Viaport Marina, an IHG Hotel

Mr. Arda and Mr. Orhan were so helpful and kind, always around when we needed something. Mr. Orhan kept making us laugh. Thank you, Mr. Arda and Orhan! I hope I get to visit again. The hotel is amazing, easily five stars, with huge rooms and a nice view. There’s a theme park, restaurants, and shops literally outside, with things for kids and adults. The service really did its job.

Orhan was so sweet and did his best to make me feel at home. The whole team was helpful, and I had a great time at the hotel. My room was really good and comfortable, and shops, food, and activities are all close by. I recommend it.

Back for my second visit, and I still love this place. Ms. Aysegul helped me get checked in quickly and smoothly, and I got a lovely room. The reception team is fantastic. Always a pleasure staying here!

Aýsegul, Ipek, Buse, and Metin were attentive, patient, and professional throughout my stay. They knew their stuff, communicated well, and went out of their way to keep everything smooth and enjoyable. Their positive attitude and care really stood out, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Crown Plaza at Tuzla Viaport for the service.
