Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark by IHG

The internet was a little unstable sometimes, though it hardly affected my stay and I didn't notice any major downsides. I was in Istanbul for a medical procedure and spent a week at the hotel. The staff were caring and supportive from the start, quickly bringing extra pillows or water whenever I asked. The hammam was beautiful, relaxing, and well kept, a lovely place to unwind and recover. I also really enjoyed the food. Breakfasts were especially good, with fresh vegetables, lots of choices, and perfect traditional Turkish sweets. Thanks to the chefs for the quality meals each day. It was a very positive stay, and I highly recommend the hotel's food, service, and atmosphere.

We came to Turkey for dental treatment and spent a week at Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Oryapark. It was an excellent choice. The restaurant service was quick, efficient, and professional, and Fatma made delicious omelets that we looked forward to each morning. Room service was exceptional as well, thanks especially to Muysser, who was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. We were pleased with the amenities and comfort, and the whole team made our visit much easier. We had a wonderful stay, would gladly return, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We were here for 8 days, and they looked after us the whole time. The people were kind and helped us with everything. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety and quality. Special shoutout to Ibra Usta Fatih Usta, Fatma Usta, Aise, muamme, mete, burgo, Naz. Cleaning was very good too, and the staff were polite.

I've stayed here twice now and been very satisfied both times. Everything is close by and easy to reach, and the reception team is friendly and helpful. The rooms are impressive, with a great view, and a good size for a week. The bathroom has everything you need, so there's no need to bring supplies from home. Food is outstanding and can be ordered any time, with room service arriving within 15-20 minutes. Ms. Müyesser (Cleaning Lady) is reliable and careful: she cleans thoroughly, restocks supplies, and keeps things very clean. Food trays are cleared promptly and hygienically. She's efficient, friendly, and a valuable member of the cleaning team. As always, one of the best hotels!!! I highly recommend it to everyone🫶🏻
