Deda Thermal Hotel

This was a terrible stay. There was no bath water for all three nights we stayed, so we couldn't shower. They said they were trying to fix it, but nothing changed. We had booked five nights and left the hotel for the remaining two. The elevator wasn't working, the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, and the place wasn't clean. Some reception staff were fine, while others weren't helpful. The services mentioned when booking weren't available, and they wouldn't cancel anything. One of the worst places.

The bathroom floor was wet, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and the sink was broken, with the water not working properly. The sheets and pillows were dirty, and I even found a lighter inside one of the pillows. I have no idea who put it there or why. There was no toilet paper or soap in the room, and when we asked, they said they didn't have any. I was shocked. Worst place I've ever stayed.

The staff were okay, but I wouldn't recommend this for a family trip. The walls don't block sound, so I could hear my friend showering. I booked two rooms and found no Wi-Fi or iron and ironing board, and room 407 didn't have a shower head. I'd read three months ago that renovations were underway, but when I went yesterday, the room and toilet still looked unfinished. Fine for one night, but the price really doesn't match the amenities.

The low price is the only upside. I booked a weekend stay through otelz, but the service was so bad that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We waited two hours before finally getting a room at 16.00. When I asked for a key, reception said the keys to that room were lost. Another staff member said God knows how many people had keys to it 😑😑😑 The rooms were filthy, to the point that you wouldn't want to touch the doors, and the bathrooms leaked everywhere. When we asked staff to clean the room, all we got was a smile. Pay a few dollars more and save yourself a lot of hassle.
