Grande Stella Hotel

I had trouble getting the internet to connect in my room, but Mr. Mohammed Salih sorted it out by moving me to a larger room where the connection worked perfectly. He helped me a lot, and I’m grateful to him. The hotel is amazing. I also appreciated the hotel’s professionalism and the excellent attitude and service from staff like Mr. Mohammed Salih.

Buse made a lasting impression on me. She was so kind, always ready to answer questions, and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed throughout my stay. A special thanks to her for making it unforgettable. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and good value for the price. My room was comfortable, well cared for, and had everything I needed to relax. With those facilities and such attentive service, I’d happily recommend Grand Stella Hotel.

The one bright spot was the receptionist, Boussy. The rest of our two-night stay was a disaster for my wife and me. There was constant noise both day and night, the breakfast was very ordinary, and the photos don’t match what we found. The room was in very poor shape. The furniture was old and worn, and the mattress, bed covers, sheets, and pillows were dirty, old, and uncomfortable. The bathroom towels were worn out too. The carpet and sofa were very dirty, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom had no ventilation and smelled musty.

The staff at breakfast were extremely nice and helpful, and the breakfast service was great. The room was clean and nice, though the one we had was small. Since we were out exploring the city during the day and mainly needed somewhere to sleep, that worked fine. The service was great, and I was completely happy with the hotel. I’d give the room four stars because the card that powers it kept failing. We had to reset it and turn the AC back on, and sometimes the power would cut out again as soon as we turned away. It wasn’t a huge problem, just annoying at times.
